:( my gutt and comp is may 18th
ok... my copitition is may 18th and my gut is not all that ripped up id like as much advice from everyone in can get it from... thank you and i value your opinions.

im drinking a little over a gallon a day and eating 5-6 meals a day, with at least 2 protien shakes that im not counting as a meal... i started this diet 2 weeks ago

you didn't start cutting early enough. Most start 12-15 weeks out.
Post your diet in the diet forum they can probably help you a lot.

What's a 'copitition'?
Are you doing cardio?
What do you mean by:

Does that mean you're taking in 6 meals + 2 shakes?
I don't get it.
While cutting.. EVERY morsel of food counts.

Shakes = food... calculation-wise.
Post your diet.
And start cardio if you haven't yet.

may 18th? are u sure its not the 19th? most are on a saturday.
Unless you know your body and have the genetics for it, you needed to prolly start 10 weeks out or so. Knowing my body from previous experience i can do it in 8 but thats somethin ya gotta know how to do

ya its a high school thing and its on a friday... its only kids in high school and i have my football coach running things... i just got out of state weight lifting and i started cutting the day after my state meet. i am weeking 4-6 meals a day and 2 shakes. i have been doing cardio at track practice. i eat eggs/oatmeal/english muffin w/ pb(/=or) forbreakfast, 3-4 times a day in school i eat rice/potato and chicken, and i have dinner, and in the morning and in the afternoon i have a shake. my plan was to cut carbs next monday and double on cardio, and two weeks before cut a couple of meals and then 2 days before kinda crash and i have taraxatone also the last 2 days.

1111 calories/160 carbs/104 sugars/16 protiens
plus dinner which is normally chicken and rice and broccoli or green beans or esperigus

Right now you are to young to be on this board... however you can read here all you want... if you will look around there is many diets and workout routines posted that will help you to your goals...
