    sodium loading

    Hi all

    How does sodium loading and depleting work and how many days before a show do you start ?

    XXL... if you dont sodium load, how do you make sure you arent holding any excess water? Most poeple iv talked to sodium load and deplete. Whats your reasoning on not? Not sayin ur wrong, from the way you look, il probably go with whatever u say anyway.

    diuretics!

    That's how you get rid of water.

    If you drink as much water as you can, 2-3 gallons, and then all of the sudden cut it out, your body is so used to getting rid of that water that when you stop drinking your body keep pushing it out...even without the diuretics...

    i concur 100% sodium loading sucks and it dosent work
