whats up guys, my first show is october 27th, 5 months away...right now im about 200 lbs 15-16%bf 5"7' height..right now im trying to strip bodyfat but trying to hold on to muscle at the same time...im taking in about a 2,000 calorie diet per day 40% protein, 45% carbs, 15% fats and doing cardio 3-4x per week at 45 min...im not on any AAS now, im planning to start in july.. this is what im thinking of doing...anything i could add in or change would be greatly appreciated, thanks
