when do you plan to cut water?I would stop cardio the day before you begin carb loading or cutting water which ever comes first.
agreed, rest will benefit you & your legs more than one extra cardio session. if at all, low impact only.

what is the best thing to help get the water off.last year I used lasics.they were alittle strong and I had a prob with cramping.

I prefer bumex much milder then lasix but still works well,I cut water thuesday @8:30pm and take 1mg bumex friday at 4pm ,10pm, and maybe one more saturday morning d-pending on how well i dried out.Originally Posted by Iron freak

thanks for the help guys .going to do last cardio today.walk a few miles.going to tan tonight and finish last workout.start cab loading wed afternoon.is there anything over the counter I can get to help shred the water.
i used taraxatone last go...didnt do much..gada take 8caps IMO.. i took 6.
if you can find it--get dandelion root & shrink wrap.. the dand root shoulda been started monday though..
just got finished doing my rotine.not bad.went to a trainer today to get a little advice on last three days.he said I was holding a little water and to start carb loading thur night.white rice and dry granola.little bit of water pill thur night.carbs every three hours.dry carbs.30 min later 3 oz water.lower protien a little.cut water out fri afternoon.dry carb meal sat morning.he is going to look at me at weight in to reassess.

when do you suggest to cut water I cut mine thursday night around 9pm granted i drink about 20 ounces between then and the show and I still feel like I'm holding to much water for pre judging as I come in even drier at night,just interested on your approach.Originally Posted by spound

Looking good freak. Great lats; chest looks nice and full and your posing looks great as well. I would say the possible area for improvement would be legs; a few more cuts in there and that first place trophy is yours.
Again, congratulations and you look great.
You certainly look lean enough. I know i need to stop my cardio at least 10 days before the show to let my legs dry out. I bet you're not storing fat there, but water. If you can afford the lack of cardio a week or more before the show, dont do it.
