conditioning is great. I honestly think your posing needs some work. That side triceps shot you made your waist appear thick by not twisting properly IMO. If you work on that I think you could place much higher. Same with side chest. Finally for front double biceps I would bring your arms slightly higher to flare your lats even more. This will make you look even better. Small things that I myself am still perfecting, but I just though I'd chime in with some critique.
Again, your conditioning if fantastic and you really did a nice job with that.

My posing needs a lot of work and iv'e already started working on it for next time, thanks for the input. I'm just looking at the pics and trying to improve my posing so that I can bring out all my strengths and hide my weeknesses. Thanks again

posing is definitely tough and like i said something I am still working on. You should see if you can hook up with a seasoned vet in your area to have them help you out. This helped me quite a bit. It's all an illusion bro...you can easily pose your way out of top five.

As far as I know Jr. Nats is only held in Chicago its actually a suburb right out of Chicago named Rosemont. I'm pretty sure that there is only one Jr. Nats. Michael Lockett won the overall this year. He was in Muscular Development 2 months before Jr's talking about it. I'm working on my posing with some NPC judges so hopefully that will help.

I didnt expect much from a lightweight but you really look awesome!
Throw a little dye on your face next time before you go out on stage. It helps the looks.
