    4 Weeks Out Question

    Hey all. I'm currently 4 weeks out from my first show. I dont really know if I'm ahead or behind schedule. I think I may be a little ahead of schedule and could cut back on the cardio. What do you guys think? I'm currently doing 45 mins of cardio 5 days a week.

    dont ever think you are AHEAD.... I'd rather be ahead than behind..I wish I had another week or 2(or3)LOL IMO, you look right on. dont forget ...if the show is in 4 weeks..you really only have 3... stay the course buddy

    A couple competitors at my gym (one local, one national lvl) said I looked a little ahead of schedule and warned me about peaking too early, so I wanted some additional input but I'll keep doing what I"m doing.
