Wrapping with Plastic Rap
I have never really been a believer in spot reduction fat loss. However, some guys who I respect have recommend that I start wrapping my midsction at night with plastic rap and putting on ben gay. I know that this is fairly common.
My question is do you guys believe this stuff actually works and, if so, should I continue to do it up until the show? Would it work to bring out cuts in my legs? Thanks in advance.

I've gotten quite a few responses on another board. Some folks use preperation-H instead of ben gay. I'm going to give it a try I guess. I'm pretty skeptical but I dont think it could hurt.

Haven't tried it yet. I'll give it a test run tonight or tomorrow maybe. From the info I have found, it may work short term but it doesn't do much good to wrap up more than a couple days out. I'll see if it tightens up the skin around my midsection and if so, I'll wrap the two-three days before the comp.

i am a firm believer in the a535 method and i do it at night and before cardio too...not sure about wrapping but i know a boxer who does it and swears it works...

a535 huh? Is it any different than a general product like icyhot or bengay? Doesn't look like it's commonly available here in the US.
Do you just put it on your waist or also cover it with the plastic wrap? How far out from a comp do you start using this? Are you still into men?

just you hot stuff, your the only man who's tailpipe can handle me....
A535 is the same as ben gay basically, not sure about icy hot though...i start it as soon as i can...usually week 3 out my knees get achy from cutting flax, i dont wrap em with plastic i just put it on my legs, abs, lower back and then throw on sweats and a old shirt and go to bed or cardio....let me know how wrapping works...
