    dieting for comp next year ( first time )

    im 195.. planning on cutting to about 175-185... im fairly lean, but have been bulking for like three years of my life lol so its time to cut. i want a really strict diet for maximum results. i wanna be shredded to the max. never dieted before tho so i dont know if im doing it right.

    morning wake up and do about 30-45 min of medium cardio

    meal 1:breafast 2 packs of oatmeal and protien shake

    meal 2: 2 chicken breasts and potatoes

    meal 3 :2 chicken breasts and potatoes

    WORK OUT

    meal 4: 2 chicken breasts and carrots and brocli

    meal 5: if hungry at night repeat the last meal or ill just eat raw vegis

    drop the packs of oatmeal and jsut go with oats from your bakery aisle...i think they are called rolled oats....1/2 cup and instead of protein shake have 10 egg whites... make sure you use sweet potatoes or whole wheat pasta or broen rice for carbs not white potatoes...add one more meal of chicken and sweet potatoes too... last meal should be 10 egg whites...you can have veggies,just steam them and broccoli is best...

    if your show isn't until next year and you say your fairly lean now keep trying to put more size on and start your pre-comp diet 12 wks out. 12 weaks is plenty of time to get shredded for a beginner.
