I want to compete in a Bodybuilding show in July 2008, it is a stae show so I want to kick all the ass I can. I have a basic diet for now but I am sure it will change as time goes on. My goal is to gain as much mass as possible then slowly cut for the show.
My stats right now are:
5' 10"
199lbs
Approx 10% BF
My diet as of right now..
Meal 1
6 egg whites
1 whole egg
4oz lean beef
1 cup raw baby spinach
12 almonds
1 grapefruit
Meals 2, 3 and 4
6oz Tilapia
6oz Asparagus
1 cup brown rice
2 tbsp peanutbutter
Meals 5 and 6
6oz Tilapia
6oz Asparagus
2 tbsp peanutbutter
Supplements as of now:
Multi vit
Fish oil (2 with every meal)
Sesamin ( 1 with meals 1, 3 and 5)
Primal EAA 1 scoop mixed with 6 scoops Xtend ( sipped during morning cardio and afternoon workout)
Special supps: ( i was planning on a 4 week on, 4 week off cycle up until the cutting fase then change it over)
Test Prop 100mg ED
Tren Ace 75mg ED
Dbol 30mg ED
I also wanted to add Insulin in the mix. I have never taken it before but I feel it would compliment my 4 week cycles.
