when the date is announced, get the application, fill it out & pay your entry fee & you will also need to get your NPC card....which you can get the day of the comp--or prior to that online....but wait til the 1st of the year as it expires dec 31 no matter when you purchased it.

My goal is 165 , then i will bulk.

I started out at 225 like 2 years ago.
Right now im 172, I wanan get down to 165 before I hit 1 or 2 bulking phases.
Then drop down for a show if possible.
So Id assume 10-15 pounds water weight at 165

if you plan on competing in june or so.... u should be bulking like a mofo rite now dude... diet will start march 1st --thats not far off........ whats ur bodyfat? LBM? if you are going to compete at lets say 155..... u should be like 185 or so by now

just briefly....lets say u are 175 in those pics..... you will have to compete around 150 or so to be ripped up...lift hard & heavy brother...EAT BIG...but clean..
Yeah I am looking to compete this summer as well cept I am nowhere near the weight I want to be at ;(
@ 24 I wouldnt think you need to take much except the basics...unless you want to go to another level all together..but thats up 2 u. 6-8 reps will yield some good strength & size... google "hypertrophy" training...u probably want to do that most of the time, but switch up your routines every 8 weeks or so to keep it fresh.....u need to work out a good bulking plan.......then a good cutting plan.
Yeh 6-8 = hypertrophy. along with size comes strength.
4-6 power
8-12 endurance
Changing up every 4 weeks to give the muscles shock and not to adapt.
Any ideas on what to take, I know what were talking about but not ready to hit there yet.
Will be changing meals up and adding some sweet potato, more carbs, gonna start with 500+ cal intake.
