competing
hi.
i need some advice and i hope you can help me.
ive been training for three years on and off. im 5'6 and was wei***ng 15 stone with 18% bf before i had to take a break from training for about seven months due to family reasons.i have done two cycles in the past and i am 25. now i am training again harder than ever with the sights of competing for the first time in april 09. i am doing more cardio now to keep my bf down and my diet is good. what i am asking help for is that i have about 16 months to show date and i need advise on what cycles to take and when over the next between now and then. i will not be tested for the comp. i hope some one can help.Last edited by phil.t; 12-17-2007 at 08:16 PM.

try just diet and exercise since this is your first show.....you need to compete without gear first so you can see what your body can do first. If not then you'll never know what your body is capable of doing.
you don't have to juice to be a bodybuilder. there are tons of natural contests and a lot of us started doing shows without the added help and stress of using gear.
think about it.
