i need some advice and i hope you can help me.
ive been training for three years on and off. im 5'6 and was wei***ng 15 stone with 18% bf before i had to take a break from training for about seven months due to family reasons.i have done two cycles in the past and i am 25. now i am training again harder than ever with the sights of competing for the first time in april 09. i am doing more cardio now to keep my bf down and my diet is good. what i am asking help for is that i have about 16 months to show date and i need advise on what cycles to take and when over the next between now and then. i will not be tested for the comp. i hope some one can help.
