8 weeks out and need help!

Guys looking for some help. I am 8 weeks away from show time and seem to be a little off pace. This is my first compitition so all opinions are appriciated. My diet is consistant everyday as follows:

    3-4 bonless skinless chicken brest
3-4 Romain salads with the chicken
2-3 iso pure shakes 50g of protien
2 1/2 cup servings of whipped cottage cheese
2 rice cakes w/ all natural peanut butter
-for the most part i follow that daily, some days i do 8 egg white but as of late have cut out oatmeal.

I am doing 30min to 1hour of cardio everyday depending on time and i am still lifting 6 days a week.

Currently i am 208 and 7% 5'10 but i am being told i am a off pace a bit. My back and waist line arent comming in like the rest of my body. Any and all suggestions would be great!

    No it isn't.

    Especially not in contest prep.

Especially if the individual hasn't been cleared for low-reaction food allergies.

Your diet can't be 'consistent'.. if your diet constants truly vary.

    "3-4"; "2-3" etc.

Secondly... your carb count is way too low over all...

    Thirdly:

I'd reckon it'd be difficult to tell how your 'waist & back' are coming in...namely because i'd suspect you're very flat...and holding some water due to your food choices.

    Append pics

fats are to low to go that low with your carbs, either increase your fats or increase your carbs.

i got pics guys but not sure how to get them up on the site. Thanks to all for the input. The cottage cheese i would only use for a snack but if agreed i will be sure to cut it out. From Jan 4th untill i posted looking for help i was doing 100-150 carbs per day and didnt seem to drop much weight so that was why they have been so low, since dropping to under a 100 per day i have come to 6% and 206. Also from reading some more i read that i could be holding water because i wasent drinking enought so i have since been doing a galon plus a day and appear to be holding less water. Any more suggestions are truly appriciated. Thanx again guys!

stand away from camera and show more pics, front, side, legs, ect.

id change your diet. what was you eating when you were bulking? best to work from that:- cut saturated fat completly, keep the protein the same as you were bulking, but id say drop the shakes and replace with meat (chicken, etc). id also break the protein content into around 8 meals a day or every 2 hours to increase metabolism and keep body from going catabolic. next id work out your carb intake you had whilst bulking, by now at 8 weeks out it should of been dropped 50 percent. make sure all good complex carbs and majority of carbs taken earlier on in day, breakfast highest amount of carbs and last meal zero carbs. with carbs being lowered you need to increase fat. majority consumed at night as being slow to digest will help slow down digestion of protein at night keeping you anabolic .

    all basics...

need to see your front along with your quads and take a couple of your back showing your hamstrings. you still have plenty of time for adjustments so don't sweat it.

First of all remove all shakes, use food only.
You need to condition not just lose BF.
You have a trainer? If your anywhere near NY i can rec someone who does BB precontest prep.
I myself am currently using him and I have seen huge changes in myself.
Its not free but I can refer you to him if at all interested.
Im currently 5-7 weeks out from my show and I have tightened up and condition alot.
You wanna see what my diet looks like, MEH my sql database is down for my gallery, give me a few i will post some pics once i get i back up
