Im down to 5% bf 3 weeks before competition. Iv been 5% for like last week n a half and it doesnt seem to wanna come off. Iv been takin a fat burner that worked well up to this point. How do i get those last 2% off before my competition? Will any of it come off when i deplete carbs for 4 days? Is it possible im holdin a lot of water, and the diuretic will take it off?
