12 day diet and 3rd show
I just did my third bodybuilding show and this time my diet was for 12 long days I ended up placing 5th in the open light heavy weight class. I am going to finally do it the right way and start eight weeks out and slowly drop foods out of my diet. Here are some pics of this show

for only dieting for 12days your looking good bro, can imagine what your goign to look like with a proper 8 week diet, keep us posted with how you get on.

Good job .. Keep up the GREAT work ...
Your back really looks solid .... your lower back is looking thick in that pic .... You have your Christmas tree kicking( lower back) .... What exercises are you doing for your back ?? What's your typical back routine look like ??

My back workouts have been pretty simple at first but i hurt it with dead lifts about 6months ago.
before i hurt my back here was my workout
pullups 3-15 no weight
deadlifts 4sets 15-12-10-8
bentover rows 3x10
wide lat pull downs 3x12
d-bell rows 3x10
since my back was ****ed up i started hitting my back 2x a week. the first back day was all rows, and the second back day was all pull downs.
My diet was just very low carbs/fats and very high protein and doing 45min of cardio after workouts. My bf% was pretty low but still lost around 20lbs in 12days. NOT HEALTHY

Did you lose a lot of muscle over the 12 days? I attempted a similar crash diet once and aborted it after a week because I lost an inch on my thigh and .25 inch on my arm in 7 days.

I'd fathom you stay lean offseason...and your 'crash diet' wouldn't quantify as such.
Correct?

wow, you are very full and solid. i would kill to have a back like that!
how much did you weigh in at and what is your height? you look pretty big for light-heavy class.
keep up the good work! you'll probably feel better if you taper down with that 8 week diet instead of a fast hard diet. good luck!
