My training partner is competing tomorrow. We have been dieting down together.
We are now carbo loading... and I am so tired... we both are... we keep napping so when can get up and eat... we both thought we would have all this energy... and we were wrong.
Can anyone explain why we are so tired? Is my body just so overtrained from all this dieting that it is just very tired,... and it is just spending all it's energy packing those carbs in my muscles ?
Anyone? Experiences please?
