Justgo with all the Malto-dextrin, should be fine i have done it in the past with just Malto, Cell-Tech by our favorite supplement company has dextrose in it...good luck this saturday...XXL

DAMN. I just checked my supply of malto (cytomax) and im low. I dont have enough for 2 liquid carb meals of 100g each. I can do about 65g apiece. Is there anything else i can throw in to replace it? I have sugar my mom uses for coffee (i think table sugar or something). Its while and looks just like salt. Very sweet. Will that do? If not, im goin to shoprite tonight to stock up for my carb loading starting tomorrow. Anything i can pick up to replace it?
Also, i hate walnuts. Do i have to have an unsalted nut so theres no sodium or will any nuts do? My fav is honey roasted peanuts. If i cant, il grin n bear the walnuts. Would natural PB b a substitute?

Go to brew, store and buy some corn sugar it is dextrose.
