6 weeks out and holding water
Here's my situation and what I'm thinking about doing to solve the water problem. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
I am currently 6 weeks out from the show and I am holding so much water I can only see my upper 4 abs. I did my first show 4 months ago natural and was the most ripped of anyone on stage with a nice 8 pack. This is why I'm upset!
My diet is perfect at 2100 calories, 325g protein, 300calories/meal, chicken breast and potoes/green beans. I'm currently taking 500mg of test c (I know its not great for water-retention). This is the first time ever taking an AAS so I figured that could be another factor.
I have to drop the water now so I'm thinking about the following:
- get totally off the test and not even do test prop
- 200mcg clen 2days on/2 off
- 1mcg arimidex every day
- 350mg winny
- light diuretic/fat burner (definitely aren't sure about this; 6 weeks out is way early)
Please let me know what you think, I'm desparate. If I not shredded then I won't be going on stage. PLEASE HELP!!!

Dude, drop the fn test. DUH!
I would never run a cycle that close to a show. Not of test.
Also, 6 weeks out is plenty of time. Are you sure it's water you're holding and not some body fat? if it's just water, 6 weeks out is AGES. I don't start getting dry til about 2 weeks out then super dry until the last few days before. If you're dry 6 weeks out you'll be hurting by the time you get there, if you could even compete at all.
relax and drop the test.

Water retention isn't a concern 6 weeks out.. It's a factor that's dealt with in the last 10 days.
Adding more drugs (particularly the high dose of a-dex, the high dose of clen , AND potentially a diuretic) is stupid.
Not 'silly'.
Stupid.
Chill out...
Add an AI... stay on course.
Fat retention is of greater concern.
And that's the main problem with today's competitors... They always cop out and call fat 'water'...and add an elaborate cocktail to fix it.

Amen on that one Narkissos, no bodybuilders ever have too much fat on stage they are always just "holding water".

hard to see without pics...but I think you need to determine what is fat & what is water..... water manipulation is only done in the last week anyway...focus on your conditioning & water wont be a concern in 5 weeks from now.could be time to tweak the diet & up the cardio also....lot of variables here...definitely drop the test also at at least a week or 2 out...I'd go at least 2 weeks out.
