Competition is so much fun!!!!!

Im hooked for life. Makes me wanna hit the weights so much harder n get so much bigger. I ended up 2nd in a group of 4. Other 2 were young, so i didnt do anything great. I still had a good time. I was told 2 things that were bad that maybe i can get sum help with for my next show (2 weeks away lol)

1. My color sucked. I was pretty dark base tan, but i only used 2 coats of light pro tan. Maybe some better tips on gettin real dark?

2. I was coulda been more cut. Im around 5-6%bf now. I wanna get as low as i possibly can in 2 weeks for next show. I need a crash diet and program. Anything. Im using a E/c/a stack along with my cardio.

I also didnt notice ANYTHING with the carb and fat loading. I think i looked the same as i did when i started that stuff. I think im gonna just go in regular in the next one. If my pix look decent when i get em in a few days, il think about postin sum lol. Thanx again for all your help guys!!!!!

Nothing short of miracle and hiring me will get you much lower then you are in next 2 weeks without sacraficing lean muscle.

How lean were you , if you do not post the pictures e-mail me one or two so i can give you my opinion and feed back...and for my first show i was only about 6-7%, that is higher then yours and i was lean how are you coming up with that number. Also if you didn't seem the differance you did something wrong because i gain 7-10lbs in 2 days while carb loading and then loose about 5-6 of water when i start to fat load, if you weren't lean enough at 5-9% you were probably still holding water.

Well, when i depleted i lost like 4 lbs, and just got it back when i loaded. Maybe one lb extra. Yea, but i couldnt get my hands on Jan Tana in 2 days. Im gonna use that for the first coat, then apply pro tan over it. Im also gonna tan my ass off.

I had my bf taken, and i was around 6% a few days b4 comp. I was cut well everywhere except my arms n legs. Quads not very cut, and bracialis not showing on my arms. Possibly was holding water, but i used taxatone exactly as the bottle says, and cut my water 18hrs b4 prejudging. I dunno. Im gonna try the carb load thing again, but not as extreme. I have the basic idea with complex carbs n stuff, and im not gonna fat load as heavily either. Im not disappointed, im actually proud of myself. The next show is a much bigger one anyway, would b sweet to try to come back n win it. I dont mind sacraficing a little muscle as long as i get a considerable amount more cut. Im also gonna use sum Prep H on my legs n arms this time.

...and let me say one thing my fat calipers told me i was 4.5-4.7% bodyfat 1 weeks ago, and i know i wasn't that low, i might have bee 6% on a good day...

Im lookin for a walkthrough here lol, on how, when, and how often to apply jan tana and Pro Tan to get dark enough to actually fit in this time lol.

Also would like a quick rundown on Prep H usage for my arms, mid section, and quads. Im thinking(guessing) that it should be thursday night before the show, because when i cut my water at 5:00 itl stay out.
