Vascularity tips?

Lets hear em guys. Are there any secrets to bringing out vascularity before stage time? I hear some people have a glass of wine, but i dont drink so thats not an option. Mike said the vascularity from tanning beds is due to my body being heated, is there any way to duplicate that effect or up my body temperature?

A combo of wine/grape juice, niacin, and hot stuff ~ 30 minutes before stage time worked well for me....you definetley need to experiment with these things as some people do not respond too well (redness, spotches, etc)...

Iv seen hot stuff but never used it. That makes u vascular? Ill try sum this week. Whats niacin and does it need to be taken with wine n grape juice? cant drink wine since iv never drank alcohol in my entire life. Is JUST grape juice effective?

If i use hot stuff, is that my posing oil or can i still use Dream Tan or Pam?

hot stuff is oil, all you need and gives nice glow if you don't use too much.

"hotStuff" is illeagal in Canada at this point for competition use as some people have died after alergic reaction has occured...other then that i found it worked good...XXL
