most people will tell you that if you do deplete then when you carb load the first 24hours you should use high GI carbs! then alot of other people will tell you to eat the same carbs that you have been consuming the whole diet, which would be oats for me, which is a low GI carb? if you do consume high GI carbs should you avoid sugar as much as possible and stick to starchy?
what carbs do you guys suggest and what theory?
