Hey guys I was wondering what you think about splenda pre contest, Im 4 weeks out useing all the regular contest compounds, carbs down to 130 a day and Im not leaning out like I think I should, Im gettin a cup of coffee every time i wnt real food that translates into about 8 cups a day times 3 packs of splenda and a pack of non dairy creamer, do you guys think this could impact my bf loss, also I dnt count any of the coffee stuff into my numbers?
