SF candy
Whatsup guys.
Ive never competed before, but diet as if I did (Im very methodical, count everything to the gram).
I was wondering if Sugar free candy is alright?
From the normal die hard dieter to the competitor (not his final weeks as I know that has to be even more strict than usual).
I know, that sugar free candies usually have a sugar alcohol (maltitol for example), and that on a keto or ckd or atkins can kick you out of ketosis.
I usually have the Wrethers original caramel and coffee sugar free candies
5 pieces=17g sugar alcohol, 0 grams sugar, 40 cals
I have around 1xday, 3 at night.
OK? Any opinions?

40 calories really can't do much.. even 17 grams of pure sugar can't do much.. i don't see any problem in it
