    Training

    Hi there,
When it comes to getting the best results, do you really need to train for, say, five times a week? When would you say is the best time to train?

    Thanks

training frequency should be determined by your own recuperation time. to be safe i would never train a muscle group if it is still sore. this could lead to overtraining. this is my split (not on juice):
day 1: chest (total of 9-12 sets) tris (total of 6-9 sets)
day 2: back (total of 12-14 sets) bis (total of 6-9 sets)
day 3: legs (until i nearly puke)
    day 4: Rest
day 5: Rest if chest and tris are still sore otherwise lift
    day 6: Repeat, always repeat.

Sounds like Steele and myself train with the same level of "intensity"

I spit it up some more, as follows (like he said, you need to find what works for you):
    Day 1: Chest and Calves
    Day 2: Legs and Forearms
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Back and Shoulders
    Day 5: Bis and Tris
    Day 6: Rest
    Day 7: Repeat

Sorry - I cant even remember my own schedule!!! (had to amend it)

This seems to work well while I'm on or off.

I personally prefer lower level of volume, i like:
    Mon-Chest & Bis
    Tues-Legs (Quads & Hams)
    Wed-Off
    Thur-Shoulders, Calfes & Abs
    Fri-Back & Tris
    Sat & Sun - OFF
I find i get the best results from this kind of breakdown, i hvae tried others and that's what works for me, if i am bulking i will go just saturday off and then repeat after oneday of rest so besicly 2 on and 1 off...........XXL
