    benadryl=cals

    hi im competing in 3 weeks and i got 5 days off my clen i was goin to run benadryl for the 5 days to help clear my reacpators.Does anyone know if benadryl has any cals at all in it.Ive tried to reasearch but i cant find anything cheers

    no, but it doesn't upregulate beta receptors like once thought either, you need ketotifen fumarate

    hi so your saying it doesnt help at all .Im in australia so ketotifen might be harder to get

    IMO no it doesn't, you could run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
