What should not be in your final 4 weeks of diet before a show?
Salt,splenda,Mrs Dash cinnamon,Molly mcbutter are these gonna cause you to hold on to the last bit of fat to shed in the lower abdomen to get completly depleted of fat?

I keep sodium in until 36 hours out and then cut it but I dont eliminate it. Artificial Sweeteners cut 2 weeks out. Milk 6 weeks out, Diet Pop 8 weeks out. Rice I cut 12 weeks out. Fruit I cut 14 weeks out with the exception of an occasional banana. Egg yokes are 2 to 1 ratio until 8 weeks out then I just do a max of 2 total.
These are not absolute rules by any means, just what seems to work for me.

Yes, got your PM but did not have time to give you a detailed reply yet. Will try later today after work.
As far as the rice I pull it in favor of sweet potatoes, not sure why but rice tends to make me look soft. Never done any ketosis dieting for more than a couple weeks.

Got to love sweet potatoes. I'm like fireguy I can't do ketosis long at all. When I do I sleep walk and eat massive amounts of pb and don't even remember doing it. I guess it makes my body crave fats like crazy
