    Looking for the last 8 weeks cycle for a show.

    Just need some help with a good cycle. Im currently dieiting for a state level show. I started 13 weeks out weight was 246 im now in week 8 weighing 217 at around 15% body fat. I was taking deca 500 mg week cyp 600 week and the first 4 weeks did anadrol . Im getting ready to switch to anavar ,winny, Eq, I also didnt know when to start my clen and t3. Does anyone have a good last 6 to 8 week cutting cycle. Just want to make sure im on target.

    You dropped 30lbs in a month? You should be on the Biggest Loser! At 8 weeks out you should be 10% BF max. Is this your first show? I would be curious what your diet/cardio schedule looks like as that is going to have more impact on your look than anything else. If you could post a pic it makes it easier to give advice.

    Agreed with fire guy sounds like someone didn't diet right ... Now trying to play catch up = disaster LOL

    Yea its been 7 year since i competed. I forgot I actually started my diet at 14 weeks out to get a prepared for the show and was on alot anadrol for awhile which made me hold a shit load of water. so alot of mine was water loss. So its been 6 weeks with the weight loss I mis caculated.

    Just doing 25 min cardio 5 to 6 days week thought about stepping it up to 45 min.
    here is my meal. Working out 6 days week seperating hams and quads on 2 dif. days.

    7 am 8 egg whites
    1 serl. of oats.
    1/2 grapefruit:
    .
    10:30 10 os of steak
    serv. of green beans
    ser brn rice


    12:30 7 os steak and brn rice
    serv. broc



    3 00 2 chicken breast. broc and brn rice


    6:00 2 scoops of whey protien 2 table spoons of natural peanut butter


    workout and cardio.


    10.oopm 10 oz white ocean fish salad and ser. green beans then before bed at 11pm have 2 scoops of whey protien before bed with splenda and ice water.

    Im actually leaner then that pic was taken a week 10 . Will post up a pic tom. am. I usually carry more water when im on a heavy test deca cyc. Starting EQ and prop tom. Let me know your opinion I will post an up to date pic tom am. thanks for your imput.
