Thanks Fire guy. Do they keep you less bloated and more a fuller look
Eating too much of them can still cause bloat. I prefer them because they are very low glycemic and are a "dry carb" which can be preferable when cutting water.
Whatever you have been eating i would continue the same foods, too close to be changin things up...XXL
I like oatmeal as dry as you can ingest it 50-75g every 90min or so...use the mirror as your guide! good luck!
