Shitloading advice
I have a photshoot coming up on August the 2nd (10 days away now) I have planned a traditional carb deplete/upload from 5 days out and then plan on a shitload just before the shoot.
I plan to cut water out at 24 hours to go.
If my shoot is at 11am on sunday morning when do I start my shitload? 12 hours out.
Also, Im running clen . Can I run my clen right through my carb upload??

Its a form of carb reloading after a depletion, except you eat fat, sugar and sodium. So almost any junkfood like cheeseburgers, pizza and donuts will do it. Dairy isnt recommended however. The idea is that if you've cut water you wont spill over.

I am a huge promoter of shiatloading but have since evolved my thinking a bit i would do a shit load 6-8 hours before peak time...good luck...XXL
