    Wuts The Best Way To Lose Water

    i am having a problem i am holdin some water that i dont want and i kinda feel bloated ...

    im doin my cardio and i have cut lots of sodium out but i am still holdin water that i dont want ..

    ANY SUGGESTIONS

    As backwards as this sounds...drink more water. You should be drinking about 2 gallons per day. This way your body will be continuously flushing your system.

    Also drink more water, avoid carbonated drinks even if diet. Read labels, you may be getting sodium from places you didn't realize.
