Back after a 4 year hiatus

Hello all. It's been a very long time since I've posted on this board. Probably over 4 years. Needless to say I've maintained a respectable physique and after not stepping on stage in as much time am training for the Fitness Atlantic Competition in East Haven, CT on April 17th. I'm attaching a blog that I started and will probably begin updating more regularly. My methods of doing things are different, but have been working. I work with a coach who is also a judge and helped out multiple national champions. Feel free to follow my blog and although I typically do what the coach says I'm open to listening to everyone's thoughts, critiques etc...

I'm getting a video camera this week so I'll be able to post pics and vids soon.

Just got my new camera so I'll have pics up this weekend.

The only prize is the satisfaction of knowing I worked my @ss off to get in shape and a trophy.

So after that 4 year hiatus I ended up taking second place out of 9 competitors in the Novice Lightweight Class.

Final stats:
157 in the morning
160 after mini sh!tload and candy
27.5 inch waist sucked in above belly button
28.5 relaxed waist above belly button

I know that my legs needed more time and I think by staying lean the rest of this year I'll dial them in next year and come in thicker in my upper body too. More pictures to come but here's a hands on hips MM pose.
