    Slin for Contest Prep

I'm 20 weeks out and running slin post workout. I'm only running it on training days and not rest days. Should I run it before a breakfast meal also because I train at night (late afternoon/ early evening)? I usually go 6 weeks and take 2 weeks off slin then run 6 weeks again. Any other ideas on slin during a looong contest prep?

6 weeks on and 2 off is a bit much I'd say, How long have you been using slin.

    I always go 5 on 5 off.

Also I'm sure you know slin can cause a lot of fat gains so if you are going to add it in at breakfast then you must have your diet very accurate.

Also what results are you hoping to get from the slin?

I train 2 days on 1 day off and the insulin shot is followed by my post workout shake (whey protein isolate and banana) and then chicken and brown rice with brocolli one hour later.

    I always go 5 on 5 off.

Also what results are you hoping to get from the slin? I was hoping it would help keep mass while cutting calories.
    Hope I covered everything?

pretty pointless if you ask me

#1- you need to see how your coming in, something like insulin is going to give you a film or puffyness over your muscles. I dont care who says what, insulin spikes cause fat storage

#2- Your eating below maintenance cals anyways if your dieting, insluin aint holding onto any muscle anabolics wont

#3- your in a depleted state already thus making your insulin usage even more dangerous

So I'm getting the feeling that the general belief is that slin is only for offseason or bulking cycles?

I'll drop it from the program then. Thanks
