    Training split.

    My training split looks like this at the moment


    Monday Legs
    Tuesday Chest
    Wendsday Back
    Thursday Shoulders
    Friday Off
    Saturday Biceps Triceps
    Sunday Off

    Do you think this is a wise split to use or should i change it up?

    everybody's different but if you're working your triceps 3x a week they might be overtrained.
