i think i have got everything right this year. have been training insane and dieting great.
i have just read mike xxl carb up water load. it is a little vague but im going to give it a crack. i have decided not to deplete my carbs nearly as much this year. as i dont want to come in flat like last year. anyways i am planning on pyramiding my water from 2 weeks out..this is a diagram of my last 2 weeks (keeping it simple)
days
1- low carbs, 1-2 litres water
2- low carbs, 2-3 litres water
3- low carbs, 3 litres water
4- low carbs, 4 litres water
5- low carbs, 5 litres water
6- low carbs, 6 litres water
7- low carbs, 6 litres water
8- low carbs, 6 litres water
9- low carbs, 5 litres water
10- moderate carbs, 4 litres water
11- normal carbs, 3 litres water
12- normail carbs, 3 litres water
13- normal carbs, 2 litres water
14 high carb, 0 water.
i will pyramid sodium in the same type of format with the water.
am not going to use a diuretic.
i am doing cardio twice a day and will do a cardio session the night before the comp to give me that extra dry effect. does this sound right?? also someone has told me to drink half a cup of black coffee and half a cup of straight vodka before i go to sleep and apparently wake up super dry.. is this true.
i will attach some pics of where i am at now and give you a link to where i was at last year if there is any new followers on my epic mission to my own personal success. i really hope i do better this year and i have even invested in one on one dance classes for my routine. i get 2 hrs of dance lessons a week and i also practice at home..... anyways i wont bore you guys anymore. will add some pics and give you a link of last years terrible thread lol.
