    20 weeks from show

    Hi Everyone,


    I am going to be competing in 20 weeks and I am getting things started now. It’s been 13 years since I have competed and things have changed. I am looking for a recommendation as to what kind of cycle I should look at doing. I am currently on sustanon 250 twice a week and I am doing 4 iu a day of growth hormone . Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Cant really give any advice without seeing some pics. I would make my diet the number one priority.

    I will post some pics as soon as I get some taken. As for diet I am eating relly clean.

    Eat whites oatmeal
    Chicken and Yams
    No Carbs after 3pm
    straight protein shakes after morning and 5 pm workouts.
    Cardio twice a day at 45 minutes a shot.
