I would have to say hammer curlsand preachers.Sevens will hit it also like decoder said.Ive been doing flat bench curls. They seem to work all you do is lay on the bench with your back on it like your doing dumbell presses except for you do a curl instead.

Ok,....what do you think about doing standing barbel curls(4x10) every bicep day?????Arold's encyclopedia says to do so at every bicep workout...I swear, doing dumbel pullovers on a flat bench to widen the sternem and ribcage, is actually starting to work....It's been about 2 months that I've been doing them at the end of every chest day for 4x10). When I do a side pose, my ribcage is more enflamed and there are more stryations in my syratus.....
