Trainer
Hey guys...
I am trying to do some research and gather opinions or recommendations as to finding a trainer.
What I mean is that I would be interested in finding a REAL DEAL trainer and nutritionist who will be able to get me to the next level. I know that I am able to make some great changes to my body... I just need help from someone who has tons of experience and the knowledge. I can be testing and trialing all my life and still not find what some of these guys know. I am 27 years old... made decent progress naturally... I want to go much further than this. I want to be 250@8%... I know I can do this... just show me how.
How should I be going about it? Where to call... who to ask for and everything else. I understand that it will be costly... I will figure it out when I find that guy.
Anything that will point me in the right direction is appreciated.
Thanks bros.

Best thing you can do is start talking to guys in your area who compete and find out who helps them with their show prep. I would not seek help online, you want someone in your area who can take you through the whole process.

Few conversations with the right guys will quickly let you know if the person is right or not...almost like when you meet a woman you know is it...LOL...as ofr online vs in person...my opinion is different then Fireguys i think online can be just as good as in person...i believe my trackrecord around here proves that, i have had as many sucess stories on line as off line in person, and actually preffer online expiriance as it makes it more challanging...my 0.02 cents.

I should add, I have stated there are a few guys who can do online training and are very good at it. I know Mike is and Nark had the ability to do it as well. Me..not so much. I do believe for contest prep at some point you must have in person trainer for posing critiques.

I agree 100% with FireGuy on posing, that has to be addressed in person, and that can also make or brake an athlete as you want to hide the weak spots and highlight the strong points...
