    Binge eating

    I have this problem.. Finished my photoshoot (pre contest diet) 1 week ago.. I have binged every 3rd day, the lot till almost sick.. Iv decided to diet again from tommorow. Who's had this?

    I usually have then when I get stressed over bills etc. Or gave dieted for a while and kind of sleep walk and binge eat lol. To combat this I enjoy eating chicken broth with added cayenne pepper when I have met my caloric intake for the day. This helps hunger along with pickles and banana peppers. Just to keep me from going crazy

    last time i cut down hard (from 12.5% to 4.5%) i was doing this twice a week, but it was planned for as my cheats, and i was loosing bodyfat so quick it was amazing. this helped me stick to the diet the other days.

    I think everyone whose dieted for contest has bouts of binge eating...or thought of...and if they say never; I call bullsh*t

    I've done it a few times where the sugar rush was so crazy...I would pass out for 4 hours at a time mid-day...and than never get to the gym..and not eat for a day cause I didn't feel hungry.

    Having competed many times and working out for years i do planned overeating all the time to stimulate muscle growth. I do a lot of Pulse fasting 1-2 times per week followed by workout of weak body parts adn then planned overfeed to overcompensate the nutrients and force muscle into growth. Pulse fasting improves ones insulin sensitivity to the level that it is almost impossible to gain fat from the overfeed, i have gained 14lbs in 5 weeks doing planned bulk up style pulse fast and over feeding...one could call it binging on schedule...LOL...
