    swollen quad. comp in a week

    my right quad has been swollen for like a week now and is still kind of swollen. is there anything i can do to reduce the swelling. i cant properly flex the muscle and bring the striations out with it swollen. i cut out injectables at this point. massage? ice? elevation? foam roller? advil?
