Which parts to pump of before a show?
I'm a bit confused, some say dont pump the legs before show, some say do it.
What do you guys think? what about the abs? should you do chrunches to make your abs look the best or what?

Anyone who tells you to pump up your legs has never competed or is an idiot (or both). Most people focus on delts, chest and back with light movements. The arms will get a nice pump as well just from doing the aforementioned parts. Leave your abs alone, if you are lean they will look fine. Too many guys way overdue it in the pump up area, too much weight and too long before they go on stage. By the time it's their turn they are spent and depleted after a couple poses.

Right on FireGuy. My prep coach said to leave legs and abs alone completely.

If there are female judges try pumping up your wiener.
Couldn't hurt to try.
