currently I'm carb cycling, 3 days low, 1 day high. lows are around 150-160 and highs are about 350g
it's hard to tell where I'm at... i have little control over my diet since the food is prepared for me. I would say it's pretty close to 400 grams per day. Result is for about the last 4 weeks i've been gaining almost a kilo a week... not all LBM i might add (unfortunately)

i wonder if im stayin too low hank?im around 150 high days (60 am and 80 pwo) and 60 low days.150 training days 60 just for breaky on off days (still cardio though ). im 240 lbs and under 4wks out .what youn tyhink hank???
You can't get an accurate answer on carb requirements without knowing your fat intake. The two go hand in hand when planning a diet

well im not sure how to post pics or i would np but the fat is def coming off.id say im taking in ariound 4tsp of efas everyday divided into 2 meals am and pm (dnt know what that works out to be in grams )and about 1.5 grams of prot per lb bodyweight and like i sadi b4 about 60 grams carbs days off (OATMEAL)and 15o training days (60 grams oatmeal breaky and 80 postywrkout in from of waxymaize)any advice woiuld be greatlty appreciated since this is my 1st time im dieting dwn for a show
