20 min post workout is the most you want to do so you don't start breaking down muscle tissue. 40 min I the am is all I want to do. Not really a fan of cardio.
ya i never do cardio either.lol . i dnt like it.even though really i shoukld even in the off seaeson to condition my heart at least .but im really finiding it workin now and need it it to get low bf digits .just gotta hang in thr cpl more wks
