    how many times a wk are you........

    just wondering how many times a wk are you working abs at say 3 wks out guys

    none hank?not even twice a wk?i knw abs r about havbing low bf but shoulkdnt they still be worked some

    I do about 3-4 times a week and not even perfectly toned. Bodybuilding starts in the kitchen

    twice a week for me.
    cable crunchies
    suspended weighted situps
    and then some kind of situp with a floor rocker and feet at a 25% off the floor.

    Not even once. Sometimes I'll do them but only when it's convienet. They get hit hard indirectly from all the other exercises I do. I'm 2.5 weeks out and they look better than ever.

    14 times a week huh? I don't think that's going to work. I'm not saying my method is perfect either.

    I would hit abs once a week, but honestly I probably do them maybe once a month. I dont think they are magical muscles that can be hit multiple times a week.

    I train abs once a week, at the end of the day abs are just the same as any other muscle, they need to be hit hard n still require the same recovery as u wud give ur legs or any other muscle

    I never train abs, I don't believe in it. Your abs get hit with pretty much every exercise.

    I like to save abs for the end of the workout. Too bad I'm always to worn out to do them! Lol
