"PICS" 10 weeks out!!
Finally got these suckers up! My lat shot was kinda relaxed. And not many leg shots which is my plus. Better pictures next week. I am 217lbs in these pics. 10 weeks out.

Seem to have a lot of mass to work with. What is your height/weight?
I have my 1st show this weekend. MikeXXL has been a tonne of help, and like you mentioned, PainintheAzz answers a lot of questions on here, thanks to him also...
Just hoping with my carb up I get some cuts back in my legs. They went pretty flat after decarb.
Just curious. What kind of diet are you going to start initially this far out? Do you do High protein/high fat, etc?
What is an example of your daily meals? Definitely ahead of the game - nice work!

I started my diet at 245lbs and 16.5% bf, give or take a percent. My mass is the Lee preist theory!! LOL i bulk up and down alot. My usual weight is 240ish, in Aug i bulked up to 263lbs. Then dieted down to 242 for my bench comp. So i stay big when possible. But i cleaned up my diet 25 weeks out. Then 16 started precontest mode. Really not too much changed. I did the best on
350g pro, 100-125g carb, 50-75g fat. All clean food. I write down every single piece of food that goes in my mouth. It is, for me, the only way i can fix any problems, or even remember, so i can fix anything. Now at this point i am doing what Mike XXL mentioned, not to a tee but cycle my carbs. To me that made perfect since. And if i feel i need more on one day i eat them, if i can get away with reallly low i will also. Here is what i ate yesterday
meal 1 After morning cardio
9 egg white omlet with 6oz fish inside 57p
whey pro drink (mixed with crystal light 22p
1 1/2 serv grits 45c
1/2 c low fat cottage (just added) 13p 4c
meal 2 10 egg white 30p
2pc ww toast 24c
meal 3 chicken 8 oz 40p
meal4 After cardio
pro drink (crstal light) 35p
rice cake 1tbs peanut butter 20c
5p
meal 5 8oz chicken 40p
meal 6 9 egg white omlet
with 5oz of eye round steak 70p
meal 7 whey pro 22p
1/2 c cottage 13p 4c
tbls peanut butter 8p 4c
All day i ate 350 p 100 or so carbs Fat ??
I didnt train weights yesterday but i would have where the second cardio session was.
One thing i did in the biggining was i carb up once a week. Many have told me to drop this but it works and at this point i am sticking with it. I will drop the number lower. But what i did was count up my carbs for the 6days leading up to the carb day and on that day i eat that amount. I also take in as minimal protein as i can on this day as well. But this week i will take in 600g carbs on Sun. May go lower as i get closer. That above was a sample day. Every single day is different. Numbers are the same but food is always different. There are days where i take in zero pro drinks. I feel much better with real food. Much!

Not that it matters much, but everything I've read tells me there is 8grams of protein per 1oz of chicken. So you may be taking in 64 grams of protein as opposed to 40.
Then again, every nutrional site we visit is different, but 5g pro seems low for chicken per ounce...

YOu may be right. I thought every 4oz had 24 or so i round down so i make sure i am gettign in enough.

well guys i have personal seen this man change from a LARGE powerlifter into a diesel bodybuilder. COngrats on the change Jay..
