    potential??

ok guys so i just wanted to post up here with a few questions and asking for a few tips to get started. im 24, about 187lbs, 6"11
i really want to do a comp next year, but i know i dont have enough muscle mass on my frame (it has been very hard playing football) i would like to try put this on naturally for aslong as possible, i eat well (i do need to get my diet properly sorted) and i train very hard.

i train one body part a day, workouts usually last for an hour to 90mins
    chest
    back
    legs
    shoulders
    arms/abs

i will post my diet up within the next couple of days.

is a bodybuilding comp realistic for me next year(natty)? i would like to change my diet to put on mass but i dont want to gain fat!
i havent really stated many questions, but perhaps im doing something wrong (training wise) i would just like to put as much weight on naturally as possible.

    your help is much appreciated!
Ps would anyone like to coach me over the internet?Click image for larger version.

your 6'11 or is that a typo?

i dont see much diff in you and any other young man that trains tbh, i dont mean that negatively, you're in good shape

if you're spending 1-1.5hrs training a body part then you're overtraining big time mate

5'11 sorry! What do u recommend dec, some days are shorter than others but I'm looking at 4-5 exercises per muscle at 3-5 sets per exercise! Other than my arm day, which are just 3 exercises at 4 sets

Is this too much for putting on mass?
    Thanks for ur help mate

Your upper body looks solid, but we really need to see some more pics. How are your legs?

just keep in mind to what your body is telling you, it needs rest just like it needs resistence and muscle break down to grow...everyone trains different on here! some one part every day, so two parts a day..some rest less some more... gotta figure what works for you..like are you always sore, do you feel tired in gym or are you full of energy

nice high arch comes in handy with poses as it helps to look graceful....

and yes, IMO you have GREAT potential since you look great already.....
