    Exclamation Muscle loss question?

    so ive been away from the gym for about 2 weeks and all ive been doing is push ups and dumb bell curls with like 10 pounds because thats all they had but i could do much more. so my question is, will i lose muscle in my chest and arms?

    No, you won't lose muscle in that time. Assuming you've eaten at all in those 2 weeks!

    as the reply above said, you shouldn't be loosing any muscle, you might loose strength, it all depends on what your diet was. (lack of protein)
