Another Question
Would it be better to put Hammercurls with Bicep workout day or Tricep?
I think i know it's Bicep, but i usually get pretty tried with all the curls i do and adding hammercurl would really make me tired, anyways would it be efficient if i did it with tricep day?

substitute hammer curls for another exercise on biceps day.

I do hammer curls when I workout my forearms. I usually do them 2 or 3 days after my bicept workout. I found that this works best for me and I can really get a good pump in that little muscle on the outside of the bicept and my forearms get a killer pump too.
I've been doing this for the last year and I've made some really good progress in the seperation of my bicep/tricep. Here's a pic of my arm just to show you that it does actually seem to be working.
