i smell!!!!

so im 7 wks out today. im 5'9 and down to 208lbs and looking good im exactly where i feel like i nee dto be. im eating perfectly, everything my clean i have it all writen down if its important but its every 2 hours im eating either tuna, steam chicken, steam veggies, rice cakes, oatmeal, apples or banana and 2gallons of water but it will be 3 gallons starting in the morning. my burps smell so bad it will clear a room, its worse then anything thats ever come out of my ass. does this happen to everybody? what can i do to get rid of it? i am going to try drinking vinagar tonite and hop it will destroy anything in my gut and it will be gone.

Unfortunetly you cant stop it as its a natural reaction to your diet. On a low/no carb diet, ketones are released in your body when burning fat that will cause bad breath. Only thing you can do is try to mask it. I get aweful morning breath when dieting, and sometimes bad breath through the day aswel but i stock up on tooth paste and sugar free chewing gum, i brush my teeth after every meal and have chewing gum inbetween meals lol, problem solved

my breath has been ok its these burps that are worse then puppy shit. i even tryed to stop eating puppy shit and still no hope! for real though i have noticed when i drink vinagar before bed it seems to help a lot

Give my mom a call at 555-555-5555. She was always keen on washing my mouth out with soap. Maybe she'll do the same for you. You might have to curse at her before she takes you seriously though. lol

....but sometimes my nose is congested and I can't smell anything! =)

only thing that stinks this way is this gas i got. i down water all day, 1.5 gals, n can't really ever recall burping.

my trainer has me drinking 3gallons a day right now and i burp non stop. Lately since iv been drinking the vinager it hasnt been bad, my piss does in the morning quite a bit but ill take thaty over puppy poop burps any day lol
