well its that time of year again and im 14 weeks out. i havent seen the stage since since my first sho and it was great.
i stood onstage lookin like shit and hope to do a bit better this time.
over the last few years ive gained abit of quality weight and have trained through a few injuries.
shoulder impingment, lower back pains but the one i havent been able to train through is my knee problems. which has affected my leg growth.
anyway enough excuses im still to finalize my diet plan and im open to opinions. im still natural and will be dieting without assistance of any of the good stuff.
pictures yet to come but here are my stats at the moment.
5'11, 86.5kg (190lb), 17% bf would love to weigh around 74kg min.
