    stumped

    I am helping a friend diet down for the same show as me i had him on the same type diet as me but it isnt working as well for him so i made some adjustments.

    here are his stats 16weeks out 5'6'' 200lbs
    about 20%bodyfat

    Now we are 9 weeks out and he is down to 168lbs
    But he is still holding alot of fat in the same spot right around his lower stomach and lower
    back.

    This is what his diet looks like right now 9weeks out
    meal 1 1 Pack of oatmeal 10egg whites
    meal 2 1 Pack of oatmeal 9ozchicken breast
    meal 3 12oz carrots 9ozchicken breast
    meal 4 10oz carrots 9oz chicken breast
    meal 5 9oz carrots 1/2 cucumber 9oz chicken breast
    750mgs sustanon /w
    clenbuterol 2pumps 2times perday mon,tue,thurs,fri
    cardio 40min2xday
    tanning 25 6xweek

    each week we drop his carbs a little more but he is starting to slowdown his progress. i think he is sitting at around 15%bf right now and i really need some help for him. My diet is a little differnt i have more carbs because i can lose the weight but he is having trouble. i cant seem to get any t3's right now but hopfuly when those come in it should help
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    -The carrots should be switched to sweet potatoes, yams or brwon rice..
    -Looks like he is a little chubby at 20% BF. =Why go with the sust.. test will increase BF levels as well as getting him jacked.

    yeah i just switched him to winny help lose some water.
