As of Monday the 16.04.12 i will be only 6 weeks out from my first natural comp. I'm currently 64mm's over 9 sites and weight 74.12kg and looking at changing parts of my diet to lean up that extra bit. below is the diet im currently on, looking at changing a few meals to fish, also looking at cutting a carbs out for a few meals. All replys to this thread will be greatly appriciated. many thanks in advance.
Meal 1 - 80g oats with water (water just covers the oats) (52 cal)
6 egg whites (30g protein)
1 serve of flax seed 15ml (80 cal, 6.3 g fats)
Meal 2- 100 grams basmati rice (108 cal, 22.6 grams carbs)
120grams of chicken breast (195 cal, 3.6 grams fat, 31g protein per 100grams)
100 grams of vege (25 cal)
1 serve of flax seed 15ml (80 cal, 6.3 g fats)
Meal 3- 100grams basmati rice(108 cal, 22.6 grams carbs)
120grams of chicken breast(195 cal, 3.6 grams fat, 31g protein per 100grams)
100 grams of vege (25 cal)

Meal 4- 100 grams basmati rice (108 cal, 22.6 grams carbs)
150grams of chicken breast (248cal, 3.6 grams fat, 31g protein per 100grams)
100 grams of vege (25 cal)
1 serve of flax seed 15ml (80 cal, 6.3 g fats)
Meal 5- 80 grams basmati rice (86cal per 100grams)
150grams of chicken breast. (248 cal, 3.6 grams fat, 31g protein per 100grams)
100 grams of vege (25 cal)
Meal 6- 100 grams Tuna in spring water (104 cals, 22.1 g protein per 100grams)
3 egg whites (15grams protein cutting edge)
